    Insurance Repairs

    Once your insurance provider accepts your claim, we will work to provide a seamless, stress-free experience. Aiming to minimise disruption and restore your home to its original condition following damage.

OUR PROCESS

  • We’ll begin by discussing your vision, needs, and budget with you and your architect to fully understand your goals.

  • We provide a detailed cost estimate based on the final plans and specifications, so you know exactly what to expect financially. If the build requires variations, additional cost estimates will be provided before work commences.

  • If you are working with an architect, it is likely that they will provide you with a contract before any work begins. Otherwise, we use NZCB contracts to protect all works. Before we start, we will often request a deposit dependant on the size and complexity of the project.

  • Our team will manage the construction process, from site preparation to final touches, ensuring high-quality workmanship, adherence to your design, and building to New Zealand standards.

  • We complete the project to the agreed scope and conduct a final walk-through with our clients.
